- 1 pack instant ramen noodles (preferably Korean brand)
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra spice)
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions

- In a small pan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- If using, crack an egg into the pan and cook to desired doneness, or stir it into the sauce to scramble.
- Top the noodles with green onions, sesame seeds, and mozzarella cheese if using. Let the cheese melt slightly before serving.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang amount based on your spice preference.
- Mozzarella cheese balances the heat with a creamy texture.
- Use ramen without flavor packet for better control of the seasoning.
