- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another minute.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cubed processed cheese and milk.
- Stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder and black pepper, stirring to incorporate.
- Simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips and optional toppings if desired.
