Description

A simple and delicious baked cauliflower recipe that’s perfect as a healthy side dish or light main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add other spices like cumin or chili powder for extra flavor.
  • Try using nutritional yeast for a vegan cheese flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
