- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other spices like cumin or chili powder for extra flavor.
- Try using nutritional yeast for a vegan cheese flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
