Instructions

- Cook the Bok Choy: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bok choy, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
- Add the Sauce: Pour the prepared spicy garlic sauce over the bok choy. Toss to coat the bok choy evenly in the sauce.
