Description

A rich and creamy dulce de leche fondue perfect for dipping fruits, cookies, and other treats. Ideal for dessert lovers and a cozy indulgent experience.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted dippers (sliced fruits, marshmallows, cookies, pound cake, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk.
  2. Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from burning and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sea salt and vanilla extract.
  5. Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or serving bowl to keep warm.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.

Notes

  • You can make this fondue ahead of time and reheat gently before serving.
  • For a more caramelized flavor, cook the condensed milk longer or use pre-made dulce de leche.
  • Keep the fondue warm to maintain a smooth consistency.
