Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk.
- Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from burning and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the sea salt and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or serving bowl to keep warm.
