Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (ramen, lo mein, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
