Dragon Noodles are a fiery, sweet-and-spicy stir-fried noodle dish tossed in a bold sauce made with soy, garlic, sriracha, and brown sugar—quick, satisfying, and customizable with your favorite veggies or protein.

- 8 oz noodles (ramen, lo mein, or spaghetti)
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and scramble until just set. Push to the side of the skillet.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
- Include stir-fried vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas for more nutrition.
- Adjust sriracha to control the spice level.
