- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine everything evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
