  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine everything evenly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
