Description

A classic Cobb Salad packed with fresh vegetables, crispy bacon, tender chicken, and a creamy dressing—perfect as a hearty lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop and add it to a large salad bowl.
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, bacon, chicken, and red onion on top of the lettuce in rows or sections.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish.
  4. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad or serve on the side.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
