- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and red onion, then place them in a large bowl.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.
