- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, and onion into the crockpot.
- Add the minced garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving and enjoy hot.
Notes
- Smoked turkey sausage can be used as a lighter alternative to kielbasa.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
