Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for 2-3 minutes at the end of roasting.
