- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (thyme or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add olive oil, honey (if using), garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until well combined and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- Let the cheeses come to room temperature for easier blending.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
