Description

A smooth, tangy, and creamy whipped goat cheese spread, perfect for appetizers or a flavorful snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or chives) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add olive oil, honey (if using), garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until well combined and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
