Instructions
- Cook cavatappi pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream, continuing to stir until the sauce begins to thicken.

- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cooked cavatappi pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
