- 4 cups broccoli slaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Give it a final toss before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
- Can be made a day ahead for deeper flavor.
