Description

Crack Chicken Pinwheels are a creamy, cheesy, and savory appetizer made with shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheese rolled up in tortillas.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for part of the cream cheese to lighten it up.
