- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for part of the cream cheese to lighten it up.
