  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cooked asparagus spears
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Louie dressing (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, hot sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing as needed.
  2. Arrange chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce as the base on serving plates.
  3. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red bell pepper, olives, asparagus, and green onions.
  4. Add quartered hard-boiled eggs and sliced avocado on the sides.
  5. Gently place fresh crab meat in the center of the salad.
  6. Drizzle generously with Louie dressing.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
