- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Louie dressing (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, hot sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing as needed.
- Arrange chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce as the base on serving plates.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red bell pepper, olives, asparagus, and green onions.
- Add quartered hard-boiled eggs and sliced avocado on the sides.
- Gently place fresh crab meat in the center of the salad.
- Drizzle generously with Louie dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately while fresh and chilled.
