Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
