Description

Corn ribs are a fun and flavorful twist on corn on the cob, seasoned and roasted or air-fried into tender, crispy strips that resemble ribs.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to form rib-like strips.
