Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are mini sandwiches filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic burger toppings, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 slices American cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Reduce heat and stir in ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix well.
- Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping the bottoms and tops intact as single pieces.
- Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over them.
- Top with sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, and American cheese slices.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add diced tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use any cheese of your preference like cheddar or mozzarella.
- Great for meal prep or party appetizers.
