Description

  • 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bars: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat, mix in ½ cup peanut butter, then fold in Rice Krispies.
  2. Press Into Dish: Press mixture evenly into prepared dish.
  3. Make Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter in intervals. Pour over bars.
  4. Set and Serve: Let bars sit at room temperature or chill until set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
