- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the rolled oats until they reach a coarse flour consistency.
- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined and a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
