Description

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken tenders, buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the Tenders: Dip marinated chicken in whisked eggs, then coat with flour-panko mixture.
  3. Fry the Tenders: Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked through.
