For the Chicken Tenders:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken tenders, buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the Tenders: Dip marinated chicken in whisked eggs, then coat with flour-panko mixture.
