  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 burrata ball (about 4 oz)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the olive oil.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine into a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated.
