- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 burrata ball (about 4 oz)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine into a creamy sauce.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix well.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated.
- Plate the pasta and top each serving with a ball of burrata cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
- You can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if needed.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
