Ingredients

  • 4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the sausage and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and sausages are heated through and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from grill and serve warm.
