- 4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the sausage and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and sausages are heated through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
