- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Top the chips with the seasoned shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the chicken and chips.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
