Description

A delicious dish of crispy nachos topped with tender shredded chicken, melted cheese, and flavorful toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Top the chips with the seasoned shredded chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the chicken and chips.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
