- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch shell.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and onion powder.
- Add the cooked spinach mixture to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Stuff the hollowed-out bread halves with the spinach-cheese filling.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen spinach (thawed and drained) if fresh is unavailable.
- Add chopped artichokes for an extra flavor twist.
- For extra crispiness, broil the bread for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
