- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix.
- Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.
