- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Pretzel sticks (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pecans and parsley together.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in the nut and parsley mixture until evenly coated.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball, if using.
- Chill until ready to serve.
