Description

Cheese Ball Bites are bite-sized appetizers made with a creamy cheese mixture, rolled in crunchy coatings like nuts or herbs. Perfect for parties or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Pretzel sticks (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pecans and parsley together.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each cheese ball in the nut and parsley mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball, if using.
