- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling apple cider (optional, for extra fizz)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill the apple cider in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into serving glasses (2 scoops per glass).
- Pour 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce over each scoop of ice cream.
- Slowly pour chilled apple cider over the ice cream in each glass until nearly full.
- If desired, top with a splash of club soda or sparkling apple cider for fizz.
- Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick if desired.
