These festive Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats combine the gooey, marshmallowy goodness of classic Rice Krispie treats with colorful candy corn for a perfect Halloween-themed dessert.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
- Food coloring (orange and yellow, optional for layering effect)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- If making layered treats, divide the melted marshmallow mixture into three bowls. Tint one portion orange, one yellow, and leave one plain.
- Mix 2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal into each portion until evenly coated.
- Press the yellow layer into the prepared pan, followed by the orange, then the plain layer, pressing each layer down firmly.
- Sprinkle candy corn on top and gently press them into the surface.
- Optional: melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Let the treats cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use fresh marshmallows for best texture and flavor.
- Lightly grease your hands or use wax paper to press down the layers without sticking.
- You can skip the food coloring for a simple version.
