- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently to blend the spices.
- Add the lemon juice and chopped parsley (if using), then cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite dishes.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper to control spice level.
- Great as a sauce for shrimp, crab, or lobster.
