Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently to blend the spices.
  5. Add the lemon juice and chopped parsley (if using), then cook for another minute.
