- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the bell peppers until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
