Description

Cadbury Egg Fudge is a rich, creamy chocolate fudge infused with sweetened condensed milk and topped with mini Cadbury eggs. It’s a festive treat perfect for Easter or any time you’re craving a decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini Cadbury eggs, roughly chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in half of the chopped Cadbury eggs.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Cadbury eggs on top and gently press them into the fudge.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Let the fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
  • You can substitute milk chocolate chips for a sweeter fudge.
