- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions until tender.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- Add butter to the hot noodles and stir until fully melted and noodles are coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using. Serve warm.
