- 1 loaf of crusty baguette or Italian bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- 1 garlic clove, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- While the bread is toasting, mix cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Once the bread is done, rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic clove.
- Top each slice with a portion of burrata cheese.
- Spoon the marinated tomatoes over the burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
