Description

Bunny Bait is a festive, sweet and salty snack mix perfect for Easter, combining popcorn, pretzels, candy-coated chocolates, and white chocolate for a colorful treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)

  • 2 cups mini pretzels

  • 1 cup pastel-colored M&M’s or similar candy-coated chocolate

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles or colored sugar

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, pretzels, M&M’s, marshmallows, and sprinkles.

  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the snack mix.

  5. Gently toss until everything is coated.

  6. Spread the mix onto the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.

  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Add jelly beans or pastel candy corn for extra flair.

  • You can use different colored sprinkles for other holidays.

  • For easier cleanup, use a disposable foil tray.
