- 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and to allow the Bunny Bait clusters to set properly.
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, popped popcorn, pastel M&M candies, and mini marshmallows. Gently toss to mix evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips and coconut or vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Coat the mix: Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir carefully but thoroughly to ensure every piece is evenly coated with the white chocolate.
- Spread and decorate: Transfer the coated mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer. Immediately sprinkle the Easter sprinkles over the top to add color and festive flair.
