Brie, Apple, and Cranberry Grilled Cheese is a gourmet twist on the classic sandwich, combining creamy brie, tart apples, and sweet cranberry sauce for a melty, savory-sweet delight perfect for fall.

- 4 slices sourdough or artisan bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 small apple, thinly sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer brie cheese, apple slices, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out, to form sandwiches.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover cranberry sauce from holiday meals for extra flavor.
- Add a few arugula leaves for a peppery contrast.
- Brie rinds are edible, but you can remove them if preferred.
