- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
