Description

A classic Cobb Salad loaded with crisp lettuce, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and blue cheese, all topped with a tangy red wine vinaigrette.

  • 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
