Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
