Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
Lemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate Salmon: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the marinade.
- Bake Salmon: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with lemon slices and parsley, then serve.
