- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Gently rinse all the berries under cold water and let them drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Drizzle the mixture over the berries and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
- Serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves.
