Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Gently rinse all the berries under cold water and let them drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the berries and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
  6. Serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add other fruits like kiwi or grapes for variety.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your preference or skip sweetener entirely.
  • Best served fresh to maintain the berries’ texture and color.
