- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, red onion slices, mozzarella, and gouda cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if using.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to taste.
- Try adding sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
