Description

A flavorful and tangy BBQ chicken pizza topped with smoky barbecue sauce, tender chicken, red onions, and melty cheese on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, red onion slices, mozzarella, and gouda cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if using.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to taste.
