- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Spoon the sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

- For a deeper flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 15 minutes before baking.
