- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 200ml heavy cream
- Salt to taste

- 1 tsp dried mint (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated parmesan or Turkish cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in red chili flakes, paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and dried mint if using.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and cheese if desired. Serve hot.
