Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 prepared angel food cake (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat or preheat an air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Brush or dip each cake cube lightly with melted butter.
  5. Place the cubes in the skillet or air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy, turning occasionally.
  6. Immediately roll the warm cubes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
