Instructions
- Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat or preheat an air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush or dip each cake cube lightly with melted butter.
- Place the cubes in the skillet or air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy, turning occasionally.
- Immediately roll the warm cubes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
