Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these air fryer potato wedges are a quick, healthier alternative to deep-fried potatoes, perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the wedges are golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Soak potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste; add chili powder for a spicier version.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or aioli.
