Description

These juicy and flavorful air fryer meatballs are quick to make and perfect for a healthy, protein-packed meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between each.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or over pasta.
