- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or over pasta.
