Description

A quick and healthy Air Fryer recipe combining tender chicken and crispy broccoli, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for broccoli)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for broccoli)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for broccoli)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (for broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. After 5 minutes of cooking the chicken, add the broccoli to the air fryer and cook for the remaining time, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the chicken is fully cooked by checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
  • You can use frozen broccoli for convenience; just adjust the cooking time slightly.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli before serving.
