- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for broccoli)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for broccoli)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for broccoli)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (for broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- After 5 minutes of cooking the chicken, add the broccoli to the air fryer and cook for the remaining time, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked by checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
- You can use frozen broccoli for convenience; just adjust the cooking time slightly.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli before serving.
